A bloke with a big head gets tangled up in some CIA stuff there's guns and fighting and a bloke who looks like Eric Cantona. Goes something like: intrigue, action, more intrigue, car chase, action ,girl crying, intrigue, action, soppy bit, satisfying ending.
Pretty routine really.
