Review of Safe House (2012) by Matt C — 03 Jul 2018

Very low expectations meant I really enjoyed this nuts and bolts thriller. It's lifted way higher than it probably deserves by a pretty stellar cast all who unbelievably are taking the terrible plot seriously.

It's something about a big list of secret agents, you know the plot, it's the one 'Mission Impossible' have been re-hashing for every single one of their films. The actions scenes pop though, and so do the limbs.

Denzel is as always, effortlessly cool. Great popcorn fun.
