I don't know what I expected from this film, but this definitely wasn't it. The best way I can describe it is that the writer/director lacked confidence in the story (for good reason, it's pretty bland) and tried to overcompensate by trying too hard to be clever.
The acting is passable, but there was no real sympathy for any of the characters, and I really didn't care what happened to any of them. Disappointing.
