Review of Safe House (2012) by Jeffrey T — 21 Oct 2012

I had a lot of expectations for this and it let me down. Positives: great acting by both Denzel and Ryan Reynolds. Even the support cast did well. I'm a big fan of Brendan Gleeson as well. The cinematography was good the writing wasn't bad.

Now the negatives: It was so predictable. It wasn't original. I get sick of Denzel's typical bad ass character that he ALWAYS plays. Oh and this was forgettable. Nothing stood out in this or blew me away.

That's how it let me down.
