Review of Saboteur (1942) by Jose P — 04 Apr 2009
Hitchock perfected the concept of the "wrong Man" in movies like North by North West, The Wrong Man and Saboteur. In Saboteur we see an enticing series of opening scenes and the most amazing final sequences I have seen in any of his movies.
I wouldn't say this is one of his best in terms of plot but it certainly has a lot of his humour and a few quirky and strong characters including the saboteur himself. Having said this, there are enough plot elements in this movie to really enjoy it besides the visual aesthetics.
