One of the absolute worst films of this decade. Filled to the brim with horrible characters, bizarre direction, tonal shifts, sadistic and unnecessary violence, plot holes, bucket loads of swearing and incoherent pacing. The film, which is supposedly about a 'serious' DEA team that goes corrupt for the sake of stealing $10 million dollars which ends up lost and stolen by an unspecified member. Is unrealistic and incoherent.

The script is absolutely awful, It seems as if the writer thinks character development consists of 2 people arguing weather to take a piss in a bottle or in a bush, or through scenes of watching the DEA team complain about why a toilet full of feces wasn't flushed before they had to move it. The unlikable and foul mouthed characters are uninteresting and perverse and none receive much development whatsoever except for Sam Worthington's and Arnold's character, whom ironically are 2 of the last standing characters in the endless bloodbath that ensues during the film. The film is nowhere near the gritty realism it aims for as it can not even portray a realistic DEA team and the procedures they would use in real situations. The violence is sadistically fetishised in the worst possible way, with pointless scenes of body parts shown, a video of a woman getting her throat cut (which is shown on the screen for several seconds for absolutely no reason), and exaggerated character deaths.

What's the point in showing such gruesome violence? The characters aren't ever affected besides Arnold and it never advances the plot. The film is littered with scenes without purpose and the result is a mess, the talent of all the actors is wasted, especially since a lot of them don't even get much development or screen time compared to Arnold.

Basically, avoid at all costs, there may be say, a good 15 minutes worth of scenes here, wasted on a poorly structured plot and script, filled to the brim with an unnecessary display of nihilistic violence and idiotic, unrealistic characters simply portrayed by a decent cast.
