Probably the most ambitious film of the last decade, Russian Ark has the distinction of being filmed entirely in a single, 90 minute take. Didn't really care for the characters or plot, but that's not what the film is about.
This is a visual feast for the eyes of Russian history as well as a landmark achievement in cinematography.
