Review of Rush (2013) by Jeff N — 08 Mar 2014

Brothers in spirit battle it out over a legendary year in the grand prix arena. There is something quickening in its pulse, be it the cast or color pallete, but the by the numbers script governs Rush a too ready for popcorn flick, not letting its wilder spirit run free.

I can only imagine this good movie falling short of a being great one in the hands of a more cutting edge writer/director team willing to take the chances the source material derserved.
