There isn't any difference left between OSCARS and STARDUST (bollywood annual Awards)...
A movie like RUSH didn't even make it to any of the nominations in Academy Awards!!!! Hilarious.
Simple: A movie that isn't about the Hollywood-approved political topic isn't recognized. I hope now we can all stop pretending motion picture awards have anything to do with quality.
