Review of Run the Wild Fields (2000) by Lisa Michelle A — 18 Jan 2010
This is a good film. It's quite a deep film at times, as you feel for little Bug and her mother, not knowing if their father/husband is still alive or has died in the war. Sean Patrick Flanery's character brings a little joy back into their lives and makes them look forward in life.
It's sad that when he leaves he doesn't say goodbye but Bug's father returning at the end was a nice surprise, alive and well and happy to be home again.
