After years of abuse by their father, Gregory and his two brothers are placed with their mother. After his mother can't take care of him and his brothers, Gregory is placed at a boys ranch. A lawyer visiting the ranch meets Gregory, and he and his wife decide to adopt him. However, he cannot be adopted until his biological parents lose custody.
