The movie that made Jackie Chan big in the U.S., "Rumble in the Bronx" is a great mix of comedy, explosive action, and expertly-choreographed martial arts sequences. It's worth a watch just to see Chan do his own stunt work.
Watching him punch and kick people in the face is a nice bonus as well.
