Review of Rumble Fish (1983) by Jon P — 30 Jun 2011
Shot in stylish black and white and featuring an all-star cast in early roles, Francis Ford Coppola's teen gang drama is highly unusual, entertaining and wonderfully compelling. The film's experimental style and pleasing visual effects make for excellent eye candy and the entire cast deliver solid performances in well-developed roles.
Intense, engaging and pleasingly offbeat, this potent drama is highly entertaining and definitely worth watching.
