Review of Rumble Fish (1983) by Nnnoooiiissseee — 01 Dec 2009
Francis Ford Coppola has made some great films in his career. The Godfather, Apocalypse Now, The Conversation, but Rumble Fish has got to be his most beautifully shot out of the lot. Wonderful cinematography in striking black and white is what makes this film, as well as some strong performances from upcoming stars such as Mickey Rourke and Nicolas Cage.
The storyline falls flat in some areas though, but the direction, acting and a strong soundtrack help it through.
