Review of Ruby Sparks (2012) by Sean P — 10 Nov 2012
'Ruby Sparks' starts out pretty normal for a funny, little quirky love story. Guy is a lonely writer, guy writes about the perfect girl and she then comes true. It's kinda like a more mature Weird Science, at first anyway.
It's cute, funny,...and makes you laugh and smile, but then it gets...weird. It makes you glad that nobody has that kind of power of another person. It teaches a good lesson about how everybody should be themselves and that they should be loved for who they are, and not what somebody wants them to be.
I recommend it because it wasn't at all what I thought it would be and I enjoyed all the talent involved.
