A brilliant clever comedy of the mid 80's...and credit must be given to Steve Martin not just for his performance but the screenplay which he wrote.
Steve Martin masterfully restructed the french play Cyrano de Bergerac, with clever simple but very effective characters.
But the standout to me in this film was the comedy, I found myself laughing so hard regularly, the humor didn't try to hard...it was very natural.
A very likeable appealing film...had alot going for it...genuinely funny stuff.
