Review of Rosemary's Baby (1968) by Joey S — 08 Sep 2011
My third favorite movie of all time, and easily my favorite horror movie, this movie manages to be creepy and suspenseful while serving up one of the most masterfully executed plot twists I've seen.
All the characters are very complex and believable, and the plot is fantastic. Although some may find the beginning a bit slow-paced, it sets up the plot for the rest of the movie, and on a second watch it's interesting to see how well everything in the plot was subtly hinted at.
By far Roman Polanski's greatest movie, and a must-see for any who appreciates movies.
