Review of Rosemary's Baby (1968) by Nicola W — 20 Aug 2012
I only watched this movie because it was part of film4s fright fest season. It's not exactly a horror as nothing scary or gross happens. Basically this woman gets pregnant and believes her husband, neighbors, friends and doctor are all witches conspiring against her to steel her baby for witchcraft.
I wasn't expecting much from the film as it was made in 1968 but strangely I was compelled by it and had to keep watching it to the end. For an old movie, aside from the rubbish acting it really wasn't that bad.
