Astonishing. A film I've wanted to see for years and finally picked up on the Criterion Collection recently. Absolutely floored. Acting was incredible and so was the direction. Regardless of your feelings about Polanski, he is a fantastic director.
It definitely shows here. The feeling of dread and suspense throughout the whole film and it's subtle hints and nudges along the way. After one watch, I find it hard for this film not to be in my top 10 list.
This is a masterpiece.
