Difficult to live up to the expectations of such a great book, but clever directing and outstanding acting allow them to pull it off. Brie Larson is quickly becoming one of the greatest actresses out there, and finding a kid that age that can pull off such a layered role was almost shocking.
Impressive, and deserving of some award nominations.
