You have to respect director John Turturo who's most likely the only guy that can get James (Tony) Gandolfini to sing. Yes the film is uneven and I would have enjoy to have seen more of Kate Winslet, Steve Buscemi, Mary-Louise Parker (By God is she hot.
) and ... Mandy Moore (That's right I think she can actually act.). However this is much better then the average musical (Which doesn't say much) and it's actually really funny. So I would suggest seeing it.
