Review of Romance & Cigarettes (2005) by David B — 12 Jun 2010

I think what best determines if I really like a film is whether or not I'll watch it again, in any given circumstances. Considering how much I really HATE musicals, it is high compliments from me indeed that I would, in fact, watch this movie again.

Can Kate Winslet do any wrong? Okay, "The Holiday" was dumb, but it still wasn't too dumb... I may be playing favorites here... Anyway, I enjoyed this film. The only parts that bothered me were, duh, the singing parts.

At least it wasn't some damn original composition.
