Cute, sweetly romantic tale with starmaking performances from Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck as the princess and reporter who meet in Rome, when she decides to take a day off from her royal duties.
Excellent location filming and the effortless charm of the whole thing make for an undemanding, timeless classic.
