The makers of this got about ten percent of it right. One of the things they missed on was the game of rollerball itself. The beauty of the first film is no one ever had to explain the rules of the game.
In this film even after the rules are explained, the audience is left wondering how the game works. As a thriller the movie is OK but it isn't anything special.
