Review of Rollerball (2002) by Ricardo Junior S — 18 Feb 2011
The original "Rollerball"was turned into a cult movie with the strange combination of beautiful futuristic visuals and social commentary. This remake lacks those two virtues and goes hard with the violence.
The result is not only bad, but unnecessary and meaningless too. Chris Klein in James Caan's shoes certainly doesn't help.
