Rollerball is about a guy coming to realize what humanity has traded in in exchange of convenience, and finding himself surprisingly not OK with it. It should be required viewing, especially in this period.
Oh, there's also a sport of sorts involved, and it seems to be the only thing "critics" noticed about the movie.
