Review of Rogue (2007) by Jason H — 10 Sep 2008
Not as tense or disturbing as the director's Wolf Creek, but still succeeds as a throwback to monster movies like Jaws and The Relic. This is a film predicated on ideas of suspense and pace rather than blasting violence and idiocy, Rogue is a satisfying, skilled entry in the water-based terror genre.
And it looks good doing it.
