Review of Rogue (2007) by Brad W — 14 Jul 2009
Suprisingly effective monster film from the director of Wolf Creek (which I hated but thought was well made). You don't usually expect much from a giant killer crocodile film but, this one overachieves big time.
A good location, likeable main characters, and good effects help this stand out. McLean can end up being a very good genre director if he keeps this pace. Mitchell and Worthington are both quite food in this one.
Reccomended to any genre fan!
