Review of Rogue (2007) by Dion K — 28 Sep 2009

Well made monster flick from the creator of Wolf creek. Although the story takes a while to pick up speed, some of the camera shots are superb and you get a real feel for the Australian outback. Once the croc makes an appearance and the characters realise how much trouble they're in, you get pulled in to the sheer panic and fear these people must be going through.

Although the death ratio is not OTT, some of the death/attack scenes are stunning - with no expense spared on the special effects.

Would highly recommend this to any horror or monster flick fan - just don't expect it to be like Jaws...
