In his first film, Moore uses his tactics that many are familiar with from his other films. This is one of the more successful in my opinion, as it does not go overboard in its assumptions and claims, nor does it mudsling unfairly the whole way through.
I liked this one a lot, even though I'm not a big fan of BFC or F911.
