Best and least manipulative Moore I've seen. The film was actually really depressing, to see a city go from a fairly productive one to a complete shithole with no one really caring. The woman who ran a rabbit farm was probably the most depressing.
I haven't seen Sicko, but I would hope it's more in the vein of this than Bowling or Fahrenheit.
