Offers a boldly impactful story, great supporting cast, and one of the all time best characters in cinema with Rocky Balboa. Reminds me of the internet's response to the last Super Bowl when the Philadelphia Eagle's triumphed over the New England Patriots.
Philly "must" truly be a city of under-dogs.
