The slogan for this movie is "His whole life was a million to one shot," and that this movie got made at all was a million to one shot too. Out of those extremely long odds came this masterpiece of a movie that is extremely well acted and powerfully uplifting.
We feel for Stallone's Rocky all the way through, and that is what makes this movie excellent to watch to this day.
