Offers nothing new in the way of British gangster films, but it follows the same formula as Richie's other two brilliant films (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch) and because it is so similar that is what makes it work.
A cleverly constructed gangster film full of smart dialogue, great action and perfect performances.
