Amazing movie! Very real. People in sales and biz dev can easily relate with this movie. Acting by Ranbir kapoor is phenomenal. Very powerful script and well edited.
Story is about a entrepreneur or rather a sales man with different attitude who fails in standard target driven aggressive and hostile sales env [ most of sales orgs are like what has been depicted in the movie - no holes barred]. That failure, coupled with leadership qualities, propels him to start business. Movie is fantastic in the sense it shows how he forms his team, builds business and operates it successfully at the same time working for another company.
When I saw this movie, I remembered my earlier days when I used to be in computer business in India while working for a software company, before coming to US. I could co-relate quite a few things in the movie from my past days and even now.
I would highly recommend watching this movie even if you don't understand hindi. Subtitles will help.
Essentially anyone in sales,business development and entrepreneurial efforts should definitely make an effort to watch it.
