Not as good as the first one. It was stupid when Robocop changed to a friendly soft dumb robot as he was unable to subdue the baddies from the begining. Also the special effects looked bad the part when the sadistic scientist woman transformed Cane to gigantic robot.
Such lousy entertainment.
