Review of RoboCop (1987) by Arth J — 12 Jan 2018

A lot of nostalgia watching this for the first time as an adult. My critical analysis is that I find the story the officer Murphy into Robocop compelling. I really like the universe it sets up with the commercials and news headlines and I like the dark nature of the movie.

My biggest issue is with the villains in the movie. most if not all are acted well but have really nothing to there character but being a "bad guy". I would have liked for them to have some grey areas.

I think that could have really improved there characters. There is also some corny dialogue from some background characters that I found annoying.
