Review of Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991) by Daniel A — 18 May 2011
If you can overcome the 2-dimensional characters, terrible score, and Costner's painfully American take on the titular English hero, then you may just enjoy Kevin Reynold's colourful take on Robin Hood.
The thrills are well-paced and decently executed, but it's Alan Rickman dastardly turn as the evil Sheriff of Nottingham that really makes this worth watching.
