There are a lot of faults that could be picked at here: bad sets, uninspiring action set pieces, cheap-looking CGI, awful costumes, mediocre acting. Yet I could at least partially forgive these things if the plot was a) interesting and b) executed well.
Sadly it is neither of these. I would not recommend this movie to anyone.
