This movie is pure fun. It borrows from every "epic" period piece ever produced -- the ten commandments, Ben Hur, -- you name it. Jamie fox is crazy like a fox and actually RUNS Taron Egerton.

Maid Marion is lovely and uncomplicated. there is nothing new, but it sure beats a hot day in the fire season! It is just pure fun! Come and boo at the Sheriff(s) of Notingham, and cheer the not too bright heroes of yesteryear! Make sure to get a lot of popcorn -- for throwing if nothing else.
