I actually quite enjoyed this adaptation. I can understand why people might not necessarily enjoy it, but I found the action, directing and acting all entertaining. I didn't find it nearly as bad as some reviews made it out to be.

Maybe because I had read so many poor reviews I went in with no expectations, so ensure you also go with low expectations and you might not end up as disappointed as the 87% of critics that didn't like it.
