The fact is, I love Russell Crowe. I love the story/legend of Robin Hood. So to cross these two makes me happy. This film is not the typical story of Robin Hood we know. Its based on the more historical references to the man associated with the legend.
Plus we get a great supporting cast in Russell Crowe's pals Scott Grimes, Alan Doyle (also a great singer), and Kevin Durand. My only complaint is that I wanted it to be longer.
