Review of Robin Hood (2009) by Jussi V — 24 May 2010
Despite its flaws, still the best film adaptation of the RH legend. Owes heavily to the British '80s series Robin of Sherwood. The anachronistic hair-dos of Costner, Slater and Rickman look really annoying now and Costner and Mastrantonio seem way too old for their roles.
The score by Michael Kamen is a modern classic (and currently used by Disney in their intros and trailers).
