Review of Robin and Marian (1976) by Michael M — 12 Apr 2008
Though I give this only four stars, it's one of my favorite movies--what's not to like about an aging (and less than classically moral) Robin Hood, feeling his age, but still quite a badass. Add in an aging Maid Marian played beautifully by the incomparable Audrey Hepburn, and you've got the makins.
Why only four stars? Perhaps it's production value, but it lacks a little something.
