Review of Rob the Mob (2014) by Shellview — 22 May 2015

I found this film very uneven. The beginning was light hearted and interesting. Although I did not find the two main characters particularly likeable or interesting some of their escapades were fun. The collection agency and employees would make a great sitcom.

The early robberies were outrageous in the ineptitude. Then the film took a serious turn that just did not work. I sensed no dread or sadness for the young couple. It plodded along until a weird over-extended ending.

In better hands this could have been a terrific movie but it turned out just "okay".
