Review of Road to Perdition (2002) by Sergel C — 30 Jul 2011
I've never been 'inspired' by crime movies, don't even like crime movies, but I thought with Hanks in there I could watch it. Didn't like it... at all - but it still somehow managed to screw with my head.
It's probably the extremely strange father / son relationship between the Hanks character and his son that did it to me. Hanks eventually starts to 'act' later in the movie... in the beginning he purely plays a man of few words and quick bullets.
