Fantastic and moving graphic novel story that is essentially about fathers and sons in crime, 'Road To Perdition' is handsomely mounted on every level (bless Conrad L. Hall, one of the greatest DP's ever!), boasts stunning performances all round, from a lot of people playing against type (bless Paul Newman), and is, without doubt, the most underrated gangster movie in history.
I struggle to see what it is about this perfect film that people don't enjoy....I wait for someone to explain what about it makes it worthy of any less than five-star, classic status.
