Review of Road to Perdition (2002) by Keith C — 14 May 2010
Has heard a lot about this film and although not a great hanks fan, gave it a chance. It had some interest and the relationship between (remaining) son and father seemed to be going somewhere, but it never really tood off.
A b it of a damp squib and the acting (hanks and newman) could have been performed by anyone. A forgettable film and not sure what it was trying to say - ended feeling very disappointed. Not sure why it was made - a little messy too.
