As a long time fan and daily listener to the podcast, I'm biased. I knew I'd like it- his fans will like it. I almost wish I didn't know as much as I do about the movie because I'd like to take it at face value. I've heard all of the jokes before, heard DAG do his thing( which is great) and loved the inside jokes. For the fans that don't like it I don't know what they were expecting.
It's a little depressing, funny and a very well done movie. Efficient and just long enough. Diane Farr and Larry Miller are superb and Phil Rosenthal is a gem. I give it a solid B+.
