Review of Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) by Ahmad J — 13 Oct 2015
The reviews saying that this was surprisingly good started rolling in, so I finally had to add it to my must watch list against my better judgment, but I still managed to be pleased with the direction that it takes. I even went so far as to give it a blind buy in my efforts to see it sooner than later, and I don't regret doing so.
That said, I am officially fucking tired of James Franco, so I wish he would take a few years off from ALL media and then come back focused on a single thing rather than trying to annoy me on all fronts.
Good film, well worth a look for some great CGI.
